On 8th May 2024, we featured in another Manchester Evening News article, this time about the legal action being taken to challenge the Places for Everyone Plan

On 6th April 2024, we featured in a Manchester Evening News article about the Carrington Relief Road (and Trafford’s insistence that peat is not an issue)!

On 3rd April 2024, the Manchester Evening News featured an article about the Scrutiny Committee meeting (see our Carrington Link Road page for more information).

On 14th March 2024, our Chair (Marj Powner) was invited to talk to BBC Radio Manchester about the Places for Everyone Plan. You can listen to the interview here.

On 23rd May 2023 The Messenger ran an article about Sir Keir Starmer’s reassurances to residents about his stance on Green Belt.

The Plan to create the equivalent of two new Boroughs in Greater Manchester – and the battle to stop it (30th October 2022)

A total of 1,632 people have now signed a petition calling for the Carrington relief road to avoid Carrington Moss.
