Welcome to our 200 CLUB – a great way for you to support us whilst having a bit of a flutter! Here’s how it works…

Your annual subscription of £22 buys you one number for 12 individual draws
(this includes 1 free entry).

The prize money up for grabs is a minimum of 45% of the membership fees taken that month with the remaining 55% going directly to our fighting funds.

Prize money is apportioned approximately as follows: 1st prize of 25%, 2nd prize of 15% and 3rd prize of 5%.

Example: 150 numbers in the draw = £300 income > Total prize money – £135
1st prize – £75
2nd prize – £45
3rd prize – £15

TO JOIN: Please fill out our online form below. This will automatically send your request to join our 200 Club to our Treasurer who will provide further information.

If you prefer, you can click on the button (scroll down a bit further below) to download a form to print out and complete. Please email your completed form to focmtreasurer@gmail.com

You do not need to do both – if you submit the online form, that will come to us automatically and we will respond by email. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us.

We accept payment by online banking, but you can also pay by cheque or cash if preferred.

You can also set up a standing order to reduce our administration requirements when your subscription is due for renewal.

Notes:
All participants must be over 16.
The draw will take place on or around the 28th of each month. You will be notified by via email if you are a winner.
Prizes will be paid into the bank account that you specify – this must be in your name.
To take part in our next draw on or around 28th of the month, please let us have your membership form and payment confirmation no later than the 21st of the month.
